Hi David,

It was great to read your very wise responses from that interview again. I believe that your unconventional advice back then still makes sense today.

I would also add another point to consider (which probably an extension of your initial tip A. The ability to work solo successfully requires you to be able to embrace ambiguity - not just accept it but embrace it.

Every day changes and pitches something different your way. Some days it throws fastballs, some days slow balls and many days there is a curve ball coming your way.

Don't fight the change and ambiguity - instead use it to your advantage if you can. The truth is not every one can.
